结果显示,C组籽鹅8周龄体重显著高于D组(P<0.05),总增重和平均日增重显著高于A和D组(P<0.05);C组籽鹅每千克增重饲料成本显著低于E组(P<0.05);试验E组血清胆固醇(CHO)含量显著高于A组(P<0.05),极显著高于D组(P<0.01);B组血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性显著高于C组和E组(P<0.05),A组血清ALP含量显著高于E组(P<0.05)。研究表明,4~8周龄籽鹅全价料中添加30%青贮玉米秸秆效果较好。
The experiment studied the effect proportion of adding corn stalk silage in the diet of Zi geese. The experiment selected 150 four-week-old Zi geese which were randomly divide them into five groups with three replicates in each group and ten geese in each replicate. The diet of group A was added 20%corn stalk powder, and diets of group B,C and D were added 20%,30%and 40%silage corn stalks, respectively. The geese in group E(control group)were fed with basal diet. The test period was 4 w.The results showed that the weight of the eight-week-old Zi goose in group C was significantly higher than that of group D(P<0.05),and the total weight gain and average daily gain were significantly higher than those of group A and D(P<0.05).The feed cost per kilogram of weight gain for the Zi goose of group C was significantly lower than that of group E(P<0.05).The serum cholesterol(CHO)content of group E was significantly higher than that of group A(P<0.05)and extremely higher than that of group D(P<0.01).The serum alkaline phosphatase(CHO)content of group B was significantly higher than that of group C and group E(P<0.05).The serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP)activity of group B was significantly higher than that of groups C and E(P<0.05),and serum ALP activity of group A was significantly higher than that of group E(P<0.05).The expriment indicates that adding 30%silage corn stalks to the full feed of 4~8 w geese has a better effect.
