饲料中添加复合微生态制剂对蒙古马生长性能及血清指标的影响研究

摘要 试验研究饲料中添加复合微生态制剂对蒙古马生长性能及血清指标的影响。试验采用单因素设计,选择平均体重为140 kg、平均年龄6个月的幼龄蒙古马40匹,随机分为4组,每组10个重复。各组蒙古马依次饲喂添加0 (对照组)、100 (试验1组)、500 (试验2组)、1 000 (试验3组) mg/kg复合微生态制剂的基础日粮。试验期21 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,试验2、3组蒙古马平均日增重显著升高(P<0.05),试验2、3组血液清中总蛋白(TP)、尿素氮(BUN)含量显著提高(P<0.05),谷草转氨酶(AST)和谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性显著增加(P<0.05)。试验2、3组蒙古马免疫球蛋白含量显著高于对照组和试验1组(P<0.05);试验2、3组蒙古马血清抗氧化能力得到显著改善(P<0.05)。研究表明,在日粮中添加500 mg/kg复合微生态制剂可以促进蒙古马生长,改善血清指标。 The experiment studied the effect of adding compound probiotics in feed on the growth performance and serum of Mongolian horses.The experiment adopted a single factor design,40 young Mongolian horses with an average weight of 140 kg and an average age of six months were selected,and they were randomly divided into four groups with ten repetitions.The Mongolian horse in each group were fed with basal diet supplement 0(control group),100(test group 1),500(test group 2),1000(test group 3)mg/kg compound probiotics.The test period was 21 d.The experiment indicates that compared with the control group,the average daily gain of Mongolian horse in group 2 and group 3 were significantly improved(P<0.05),the TP and BUN content of the serum in group 2 and 3 were significantly increased(P<0.05),the activity of AST and ALT in group 2 and 3 were significantly improved(P<0.05).The immunoglobulin content of group 2 and group 3 were significantly higher than that of control group and group 1(P<0.05).The antioxidant capacity of blood serum in group 2 and 3 were significantly improved(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that adding 500 mg/kg compound probiotics to the diet can promote the growth performance and improve the serum index of Mongolian horses.
