燃煤电站锅炉尾部烟道阻力特性数值模拟和优化研究 被引量:4

摘要 燃煤机组为实现超净排放,通常会进行除雾和除尘等设备的改造,致使烟道总阻力升高超出原引风机的工作范围。采用计算流体力学(CFD)数值模拟的方法对烟道阻力进行计算并对其优化改进,结果表明:机组负荷为600 MW工况下,空气预热器出口至引风机入口烟道A侧改造后阻力可下降262.0 Pa,B侧烟道段改造后阻力可下降276.4 Pa。且在机组变工况运行时,烟道改造的降阻效果依然较为显著。 In order to achieve ultra-clean emissions,the transformation of defogging and dust removal equipment in coal-fired units is usually carried out,which causes that the total resistance of the flue gas rises and exceeds the working range of the original induced draft fan.The computational fluid dynamics(CFD)numerical simulation method is adopted to calculate and to optimize the flue gas resistance,and the optimized results show that:under the load of 600 MW,the side A resistance of the flue gas duct(between the air preheater and the draft fan)decreases by 262.0 Pa,and the side B resistance of the flue gas duct decrease by 276.4 Pa.And in the off-design conditions,the optimization is also effective.
