摘要
对3台600 MW级燃煤机组宽负荷脱硝改造工程进行方案论证及性能评价。通过方案论证可知,省煤器分级技术方案负荷适应范围广、设备运行稳定且对锅炉效率无影响,无需对锅炉尾部水冷壁进行改造及校核。通过改造后的性能评价可知,省煤器分级方案能够保证机组在35%~100%负荷范围内脱硝装置入口烟气温度满足设计要求,实现脱硝装置宽负荷段的连续稳定运行,进而为机组实现烟气超低排放(脱硝部分)提供有力保障。
In this paper,the following conclusions are obtained through the demonstration and performance evaluation of the three-load 600 MW coal-fired unit full-load denitration retrofit project.Through the program argumentation,the economizer grading technical scheme has a wide load adaptation range,stable equipment operation and no effect on the furnace efficiency,and it is not necessary to modify and check the water wall of the boiler tail.Through the performance evaluation after the transformation,the economizer grading scheme can ensure that the flue gas temperature of the denitrification device meets the design requirements within 35%~100%of the load range,realize the continuous and stable operation of the full load section of the denitrification device,and then realize the smoke for the unit.Ultra-low gas emission(denitration)provides strong protection.
