住房状况与青年获得感——基于2016年中国劳动力动态调查的数据

Housing Status and the Sense of Acquisition of Urban Youth:An Empirical Analysis Based on CLDS2016

运用2016年中国劳动力动态调查(CLDS)数据,探究青年的住房状况与获得感的关系。研究表明:拥有自有住房可以显著提升青年获得感,其影响效应对男、女均比较显著,对已婚青年、高中以下学历的青年十分突出。自有住房面积越大,青年获得感越强,其影响效应对女青年、已婚青年、低学历青年更加明显。基于研究结果,建议政府制定或完善系列针对青年的住房政策,提升青年的获得感。

Based on the data of the China Labor Force Dynamics Survey(CLDS2016),the relationship between housing status of the youth and their sense of acquisition is explored.The results show that housing ownership contributes significantly to the improvement of the sense of acquisition of the youth.The impact is significant on both male and female youth and is more prominent on married youth and those with a degree below high school.The larger the housing area,the stronger the sense of acquisition.The impact of housing area is more obvious on female youth,married youth and youth with low education background.Accordingly,it is suggested that the government should formulate or improve a series of housing policies aimed at the youth,so as to enhance their sense of acquisition.
