大采高液压支架带压移架系统AMESim分析 被引量:5

摘要 液压支架作为综采工作面机械化采煤的支护设备,其稳定运行至关重要。由于大采高工作面中存在较大矿压,易发生煤壁片帮等事故,其对顶板支护提出了更高的要求,带压移架作为一种非直接对顶板增卸压的方式,可以使支架在移架过程中时时接顶,能够有效限制煤壁片帮及端面冒顶的发生,对于顶板支护具有较理想的效果。以某型号大采高液压支架为对象,对其带压移架液压系统进行了理论分析,通过AMESim搭建模型并进行仿真,结果表明该系统能够较好的根据顶板起伏变化做出调整,且建模过程中提出了一种带有底阀的立柱模型,可以较好的模拟立柱一级缸及二级缸的升降次序,对液压支架后续的研究有一定的借鉴意义。 As the supporting equipment for mechanized coal mining in fully mechanized mining face,the stable work of hydraulic support is very crucial.Due to the large mining pressure in the large mining height working face,it is prone to occurrence of the coal wall spalling,which puts forward higher requirements on the roof support.As a non-direct pressure loading and pressure unloading method to roof,movement with pressure of hydraulic support can be used to connect the roof at all times during the moving process of hydraulic support,which can effectively limit the occurrence of coal wall spalling and roof falling in face area,and has an ideal effect on roof support.The hydraulic system of the movement with pressure is theoretically analyzed for a certain type of large mining height hydraulic support.Then,the model of this system is built and simulated by AMESim.The results show that the system can adjust well according to the fluctuation of roof.In the modeling process,a column model with a bottom valve is proposed,which can better simulate the lifting sequence of the primary and secondary cylinders of the column,and has certain reference significance for the follow-up study of hydraulic support.
