摘要
分析了净化渣制备锑酸钠过程中影响锑浸出率的因素,系统研究了浸出试剂以及各工艺参数对锑浸出率的影响,并确定最佳工艺参数:选择使用28%的液体NaHS,加入量为理论加入量的1.2倍、反应温度102℃、游离碱度40g/L、液固比4∶1、反应时间2h。生产实践证明,此工艺适合锑的浸出,水解渣锑浸出率由69.3%提升至95.8%,减少了中间物料的产出,节约生产成本。
The factors affecting the leaching rate of antimony in the process of preparing sodium antimonate from purified slag are analyzed.The effects of leaching reagents and process parameters on the leaching rate of antimony are systematically studied.The optimum process parameters are determined as follows:28% liquid NaHS,1.2 times of the theoretical amount,reaction temperature 102℃,free alkalinity 40g/L,liquid-solid ratio 4∶1,reaction time 2 hours.Production practice shows that this process is suitable for antimony leaching,and the leaching rate of antimony from hydrolysis residue is increased from 69.3%to 95.8%,which reduces the output of intermediate materials and saves production cost.
