摘要
利用SPYRO模拟软件搭建了乙烯装置裂解炉模型运行系统,模拟了裂解炉在各种目标产物下的运行情况,根据炼化一体化运行模式创建了乙烯装置各种产品的价格体系,模拟了裂解炉在各种工况下的高附产品收率和吨裂解原料边际效益情况,指出了为获得装置运行效益最大化,裂解炉的操作需实时动态调整,指明了未来乙烯装置优化发展的方向。
The model operation system of cracking furnace in ethylene plant was built by using SPYRO simulation software,and the operation of cracking furnace under various target products was simulated.The price system of various products in ethylene plant was established according to the integrated refining and chemical operation mode,and the high yield of attached products and marginal benefit per ton of cracking raw materials under various working conditions were simulated.It was pointed out that the operation of cracking furnace should be dynamically adjusted in real-time in order to maximize the operation benefit of the plant,indicating the direction of optimization and development of ethylene plant in the future.
