摘要
炼油厂胺液长期循环使用过程中,热稳态盐含量增加,系统胺液损失加大,脱硫效果变差,存在系统腐蚀风险。为保证胺液系统的脱硫效率,减缓设备腐蚀,采用了具有国家发明专利的电渗析胺液净化技术与设施对胺液进行在线净化再生。实践证明,净化后胺液系统热稳态盐含量可控制在1.5%以下,年节约费用320万元。该技术在保证胺液脱硫系统稳定运行、降低环保风险、降本减费等方面具有显著优势。
During the long-term recycling of amine solution in refinery,as the content of heat stable salt and the loss of amine increased,the effect of desulfurization become worse and there was a risk of system corrosion.In order to guarantee the desulfurization efficiency of amine system and curb the corrosion of equipment,the electrodialysis technology and the facility with national invention patent were used to purify and regenerate the amine solution on-line.It has been proved that the content of the heat stable salt in the purified amine solution can be controlled below 1.5%,and the annual cost can be saved 3.2 million yuan.The technology has obvious advantages in ensuring the stable operation of amine desulfurization system,reducing environmental risk,costs and expenses.
