摘要 烯烃装置的锅炉给水泵故障导致蒸汽压力波动供给不稳定,严重影响汽轮机负荷输出和调整,反过来又影响了给水泵的正常运行,导致给水泵频繁损坏。通过取消不必要的液力耦合器调速,采用1台高压电机驱动泵及增加1台小流量匹配泵运行,不仅解决了给水泵频繁损坏的问题,而且确保了供水系统的稳定运行,达到了能耗降低的目的。 Failure of boiler water supply pump in olefin plant led to the fluctuation of vapor pressure and then the unstable supply,which seriously influenced the steam turbine load input and adjustment and in turn influenced the normal operation of water supply pump,thus resulting in the frequent damage of water supply pump.Canceling the unnecessary speed regulation of hydraulic coupler,adopting one high-voltage motor-driven pump and adding one small-flow matching pump in the operation can not only solve the problem of frequent damage of water supply pump,but also ensure the stable operation of water supply system,so as to reach the aim of energy consumption reduction.
