A级沥青调和装置恶臭气体治理技术应用

摘要 A级沥青调和是在120~180℃的温度和常压条件下按照一定的步序进行,生产过程中溢出含有大量多环芳烃和极少量氧、硫的杂环烃类混合气体,会刺激人的嗅觉,使人感到不适。催化氧化技术采用催化剂降低有机物氧化所需的活化能,提高反应速率,在较低的温度下进行氧化,使混合气体中的有害物质转化为无害物质。气体中的硫化物经脱硫剂脱除,治理后的气体达到国家排放标准。经催化氧化技术处理后的A级沥青调和装置恶臭气体中的非甲烷总烃平均值从处理前的490 mg/m^(3)降低到0.74 mg/m^(3),平均去除率达99.84%。该技术是一种先进、环境友好型的恶臭气体处理技术,可以为国内炼油化工装置各类恶臭气体的处理提供经验和借鉴。 Grade A asphalt blending is carried out in a process under the temperature of 120-180℃and atmospheric pressure.The production process spills out mixed gases containing a large number of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and an extreme amount of oxygen and sulfur heterocyclic hydrocarbons,which will stimulate people's sense of smell and make people feel uncomfortable.Catalytic oxidation technology uses catalysts to reduce the activation energy required by the oxidation of organic matter,improve the reaction rate and oxidation at a lower temperature,and thus turn the harmful substances in the mixed gas into harmless substances.The sulfide in the gas is removed by desulfurizer.The gas after treatment reaches the national emission standard.After the catalytic oxidation treatment,the average value of non-methane total hydrocarbon in the odor gas of grade A asphalt mixing unit decreased from 490 mg/m^(3) to 0.74 mg/m^(3),and the average removal rate reached 99.84%.This technology is an advanced and environment-friendly odorous gas treatment technology,which can provide experience and reference for the treatment of all kinds of odorous gas byproducts in domestic refining and chemical plants.
