摘要
通过生产操作管理系统的应用,规范和优化了班组操作业务流程、实现了内操巡检记录、外操巡检记录、操作日志、交接班日志的电子化;实现了班组操作全过程监控和客观量化评价。操作绩效由过去的抽查监控、分期考核转变为实时监控、当班评价、闭环管理模式。降低了物耗能耗,提高了巡检质量,提升了班组平稳操作水平,提高了企业生产操作的精细化管理水平。
Through the application of operation management system,the team operation process is standardized and optimized,which helps realize the electronization of internal operation inspection record,external operation inspection record,operation log and shift handover log,and the whole process monitoring and objective quantitative evaluation of team operation.Operation performance has changed from spot check monitoring and phased assessment to real-time monitoring,on-duty evaluation and closed-loop management.It can reduce the material consumption and energy consumption,improve the inspection quality,raise the smooth operation level of the team,and enhance the fine management for the company.
