摘要 介绍了三乙胺冷芯盒工艺、CO_(2)硬化碱性酚醛树脂工艺、CO_(2)硬化水玻璃砂工艺以及气硬冷芯盒树脂砂工艺,并从铸造工艺性能和环保特性两个方面进行比较、分析,结果表明:使用无机粘结剂复合气硬冷芯盒制芯工艺对改善铸造生产环境、实现绿色铸造清洁生产具有重要意义。指出气硬冷芯盒树脂砂的发展趋势为:(1)推行清洁生产,开发无毒、无公害粘结剂是今后的发展方向;(2)优化造型、制芯工艺,消除由粘结材料引起的铸造缺陷,提高铸件品质;(3)优化旧砂再生工艺,提高旧砂再生效率和再生砂质量,降低再生能耗。 The process of triethylamine cold core box,CO_(2) hardened alkaline phenolic resin process,CO_(2) hardened water glass sand process and gas-hardened cold core box resin sand process were introduced,compared,and analyzed in the aspects of the casting process properties and environmental characteristics.The results showed that the use of inorganic adhesive composite gas hardened-cold core box core making process was of great significance to improving the casting production environment and realizing green casting clean production.It was also pointed out that the development trend of gas-hardened cold core box resin sand was as follows:(1)Implementation of clean production,the development of non-toxic,pollution-free adhesives was the future development direction.(2)Optimize the molding and core making process,eliminate the casting defects caused by bonding materials,and improve the quality of castings.(3)Optimize the used sand regeneration process,improve the regeneration efficiency and quality of the used sand,and reduce the regeneration energy consumption.
