The casting structure of desulphurization pump volute case was introduced,its production process was described in detail:adopted vacuum casting+full mold casting process,used resin sand to make cores,used lost foam full mold to cast all holes,used ceramic gating runner and cellular filter to rectify the filtration of the disordered iron fluid,clean the iron liquid,stably fill the mold,set riser at 2 locations,and set 4 open risers at the top of the casting to feed the casting,set chills at bottom end of the casting and intertongue to eliminate shrinkage porosity.CASTsoft software was used to simulate the casting method of volute case,adjusted and optimized various method parameters,strictly controlled the key nodes of the production process,and as the result,the quantitative production of the desulfurization pump volute case was realized.
