摘要
介绍了消失模振实系统及影响振实效果的因素,详细阐述了消失模振实系统在使用过程中出现的铸件变形及粘砂情况,采取了以下措施:(1)对现有砂箱进行有限元分析,改进砂箱结构设计,提高了砂箱刚度和振动一致性;(2)通过对振实台的振实规律进行研究,研制出新型振实设备,并通过控制充型角度,使横向充填可达100mm;(3)使用新型振实台,显著降低了Z向尺寸变形。生产结果显示:铸件变形及粘砂情况得到改善,加工变形废品率由2.9%下降至0.65%,粘砂废品率由2.76%下降至0.67%。
The vibration system used for lost foam casting and the factors influencing the vibration effect were introduced.The casting deformation and sand burning-on occurring in the process of using lost-foam model vibrating system were described in detail.The following measures had been taken:(1)Finite element analysis of the existing sandbox was conducted,the sandbox structure design was improved,thereby the rigidity of sandbox and vibration consistency were improved.(2)By studying the vibrating law of the vibrating table,a new type of vibrating equipment was developed,and by controlling mold-filling angle,the horizontal filling could reach 100 mm.(3)After using new type vibration table,the Z-direction dimensional deformation had been obviously reduced.The production result showed:casting deformation and sand burning-on defect situation was improved,the deformation scrap rate during machining reduced from 2.9%to 0.65%,burning-on scrap rate reduced from 2.76%to 0.67%.
