合金化处理对高锰钢组织与性能的影响

摘要 为进一步提高高锰钢的耐磨性,对传统高锰钢进行了V、Ti、Re元素的合金化处理,采用金相组织分析、机械性能测试、断口形貌观察及耐磨性测试等手段研究了V、Ti、Re合金化后高锰钢的组织与性能。结果表明:合金化处理使高锰钢的晶粒明显细化,改善了夹杂物的尺寸、形状和分布状况;其硬度也得到较大程度的提高。与高锰钢相比,合金高锰钢的硬度提高了21.7%~50.7%,能达到30.6 HRC。抗拉强度较高锰钢没有明显提高,但随着合金的加入,抗拉强度在不断上升。此外,合金化处理能够明显提高高锰钢的耐磨性及其磨损后的表面硬度。 In order to further improve the wear resistance of high manganese steel,the alloying treatment of V,Ti and Re elements in traditional high manganese steel was carried out,and the microstructure and properties of V,Ti and Re alloyed high manganese steel were studied by means of metallographic structure analysis,mechanical property test,fracture morphology observation and wear resistance test.The results show that alloying treatment makes the grain of high manganese steel fine obviously and improves the size,shape and distribution of inclusions.Its hardness can also be improved to a great extent.Compared with high manganese steel,the hardness of alloy high manganese steel increased by 21.7%~50.7%and reached 30.6HRC.The tensile strength of manganese steel does not increase obviously,but with the addition of alloy,the tensile strength increases continuously.In addition,alloying treatment can obviously improve the wear resistance and surface hardness of high manganese steel after wear.
