圆的长轴类加工中间深孔的零件非常普遍,也较容易加工,而多面体长轴类零件在中间孔加工时,在深孔钻镗设备的上装夹校正是难题。通过工装夹具的设计,采用多个支撑装置紧固在多面体长轴上的方式,利用支撑装置中心与多面体长轴中心同心的原理,设计了解决多面体长轴类深孔加工时的装夹校正的支撑装置。该支撑装置不仅只适用本案列中的六面体长轴深孔加工,还适用于其他多面体长轴类的中间深孔加工,为多面体长轴类的深孔加工提供装夹、校正创新方案。

Round long shafts are very common and easier to process.When polyhedral long shafts are processed in the middle hole,it is difficult to correct the clamping and correction of the deep hole drilling and boring equipment.The design of the fixture was adopted,through the way that multiple support devices were fastened on the long axis of the polyhedron,and the principle that the center of the support device was concentric with the center of the long axis of the polyhedron,a support device was designed to solve the clamping correction during the processing of the long axis of the polyhedron.The supporting device is not only suitable for the deep hole processing of the hexahedral long axis in this case,but also for the middle deep hole processing of other polyhedral long shafts,and provides an innovative solution for clamping and correcting the deep hole processing of the polyhedral long axis.
