摘要 为了减少长距离综采工作面设备倒移,实现工作面自动化,设计了超远距离供电系统,即生产溜变压器、泵站系统等大型设备布置到胶带顺槽停采线外专用巷道内。选用高压变频器代替原来的磁起开关作为远距离供电设备的控制装置,通过合理的设备选型、电缆电压损失和截面校验计算以及保护整定校验确定了远距离供电系统的可行性。实际应用表明,供电电压损失满足电机运行和正常启动要求,保护装置的选择性和快速性也满足系统要求。此供电方案的应用使工作面成功实现了超远距离供电,供电距离最远达到2250m,解决了在底鼓巷道移动列车困难的问题,加快了工作面推进进度,具有较高的推广价值。 In order to reduce the backward movement of equipment in the long distance fully-mechanized mining face and realize the automation of the working face,the ultra-long distance power supply system was designed,the large equipment such as the production line transformer and pump station system was arranged in the special tunnel outside the stop-mining line in the belt duct.The high voltage frequency converter was selected to replace the original magnetic switch as the remote power supply equipment control device,and the feasibility of the remote power supply system was determined through reasonable equipment selection,cable voltage loss,cross section check calculation and protection setting check.The practical application test shows that the voltage loss of power supply meets the requirements of motor operation and normal starting,and the selectivity and rapidity of the protection device also meet the requirements of the system.With the application of the power supply scheme,super-long distance power supply has been successfully realized on the working face,with the power supply distance up to 2250 meters,which solves the problem of moving trains in the floor heave roadway,accelerates the progress of the working face,and has a high promotion value.
