矿用低速重载双圆弧弧齿锥齿轮仿真分析 被引量:1

Simulation Analysis of Double Circular Arc Spiral Bevel Gear in Mine Low Speed and Heavy Load

摘要 双圆弧弧齿锥齿轮是将双圆弧齿形应用在弧齿锥齿轮上的一种技术,齿形特点为齿长和齿高均为凸、凹齿廓相啮合,与普通的弧齿锥齿轮相比,具有承载能力高、使用寿命长的优点。然而由于双圆弧弧齿锥齿轮齿面几何复杂,研究较少,限制了它在我国的使用推广。基于双圆弧弧齿锥齿轮的加工原理建立了其数控加工模型,利用功能强大的前处理软件Hypermesh进行有限元网格划分,再将有限元模型导入到MSC.Marc中对一对给定具体参数的齿轮接触对进行动态啮合的非线性接触分析,仿真得到某啮合时刻的接触区及接触应力。将仿真得到的结果和理论计算结果进行对比,验证了仿真方法的正确性,为双圆弧弧齿锥齿轮疲劳寿命分析和推广应用提供了依据。 Double circular arc spiral bevel gear is a kind of technology that applies double circular arc tooth profile to spiral bevel gear.The tooth profile is characterized by the meshing of convex and concave tooth profiles in tooth length and tooth height.Compared with ordinary spiral bevel gear,it has the advantages of high bearing capacity and long service life.However,due to the complex tooth surface geometry of double arc spiral bevel gear,the research is less,which limits its application in China.Based on the machining principle of double circular arc spiral bevel gear,the NC machining model of double circular arc spiral bevel gear was established.The powerful preprocessing software Hypermesh was used to divide the finite element mesh,and then the finite element model was imported into MSC.Marc to analyze the nonlinear contact of a pair of gear contact pairs with given specific parameters,the contact area and contact stress at a certain meshing time were obtained by simulation.By comparing the simulation results with the theoretical calculation results,the correctness of the simulation method is verified,which provides a basis for the fatigue life analysis and application of double arc spiral bevel gear.
