摘要
在钢结构厂房工程建设中,对其施工质量尤其是材料和焊缝质量进行检测,是保障和提升厂房建筑安全性与可靠性的重要途径。目前,工程上普遍采用无损检测技术对钢结构厂房的钢构件质量进行检测,该技术可检测钢构件表面和内部是否存在缺欠,能够精确定位缺欠的位置和具体信息,并因其非破坏性及检测效率高等特点而发展迅速。针对无损检测技术的方法分类、典型特点及其应用进行了探讨分析,梳理了各种无损检测技术的适用性与局限性。同时,结合工作实践对无损检测领域中使用频率最高的超声探伤检测规范及检测方法进行了较详实的说明,介绍了检测中典型问题的处理方式,具有较强的实用性、可操作性,为钢结构厂房工程质检人员提供借鉴参考。
In the construction of steel structure plant,the inspection of construction quality,especially the material and weld quality,is an important way to ensure and improve the safety and reliability of the building.At present,nondestructive testing technology is widely used in engineering to detect the quality of steel components.This technology can detect whether there are defects on the surface and inside of steel components,and can accurately locate the location and specific information of defects.It develops rapidly because of its characteristics of non-destructive and high detection efficiency.The classification,typical characteristics and application of nondestructive testing technology were discussed,and the applicability and limitations of various nondestructive testing technologies were summarized.Combined with the work practice,the most frequently used detection standards and testing methods,ultrasonic testing were described in detail,and the treatment methods of typical problems in testing were introduced,which had strong practicability and operability,and provided reference for the quality inspector of steel structure plant engineering.
