健康体质测试系统的设计与实现

Design and Realization of Health Fitness Test System

随着人们对健康知识的不断深入,健康观念也正在由有病治病向无病预防的方向改变,人们开始更加注重生活的质量,追求健康。但是如何可以快速准确了解自己的体质信息,并获得科学的健康体质建议。健康体质测试系统的客户端采用微信小程序,前端使用Webpack,JavaScript、HTML和CSS开发语言,后端使用NodeJs的express,数据库使用MySQL。系统登陆时使用Jwt结构化封装生成token保证路由安全性,为了保证数据传输安全性采用HTTPS协议和Nginx静态资源服务器存放资源文件。系统主要由体质测试,健康资讯,用户管理3个模块组成。系统总结了9种常见的体质分析报告,用户通过微信小程序就可以进行BIM体质指数计算和进行体质测试答题来获取到自己的体质信息报告和健康建议。

As people’s knowledge of health continues to deepen,the concept of health is changing from disease treatment to disease-free prevention.People begin to pay more attention to the quality of life and pursue health.But how can you quickly and accurately understand your own physique information,and get scientific health physique advice.The client of the health fitness test system uses WeChat applet,the front end uses Webpack,JavaScript,HTML and CSS development languages,the back end uses NodeJs express,and the database uses MySQL.When the system logs in,the Jwt structured encapsulation is used to generate tokens to ensure routing security.In order to ensure the security of data transmission,HTTPS protocol and Nginx static resource server are used to store resource files.The system is mainly composed of three modules:physical fitness test,health information,and user management.The system summarizes 9 common physique analysis reports.Users can calculate the BIM body mass index and answer the physique test through the WeChat applet to obtain their own physique information reports and health recommendations.
