地铁工程余泥渣土产生量估算及空间流向分析 被引量:2

摘要 大规模城市地铁施工产生了巨量的余泥渣土,给城市环境治理造成了巨大的压力。为此,准确量化余泥渣土产生量和厘清处理处置空间流向是对其进行有效管理的前提。本研究构建了综合考虑松散系数、风井开挖规模和盾构机直径的地铁工程余泥渣土产生量估算模型。基于实地调研、半结构化访谈和过程拓扑法,厘清了地铁工程余泥渣土“产生—处置”全过程涉及的主要路径和关键环节。以深圳地铁14号线为例,估算了余泥渣土产生量,并利用GIS分析了余泥渣土处理处置空间流向。研究结果表明,深圳地铁14号线约产生余泥渣土1.021×10^(7)m^(3);“产生—处置”全过程主要涉及产生、现场管理、运输和处理处置4个阶段;填埋场填埋和围填海是最主要的处置方式。并在此基础上,对地铁工程余泥渣土的处理处置和管理提出了建议。 Large-scale urban subway construction has generated a huge amount of residual mud,which has caused great pressure on urban environmental management.Therefore,accurately quantifying the amount of residual mud generated and clarifying the spatial flow direction of its treatment and disposal were the prerequisites for effective management.A model for estimating the amount of residual mud generated from subway engineering that comprehensively considered the looseness coefficient,the scale of air shaft excavation and the diameter of the shield machine was constructed.And the main paths and key links involved in the whole process of“generation-disposal”of the residual mud from subway engineering based on field investigation,semi-structured interviews and process mapping approach were clarified.Finally,taking Shenzhen Metro Line 14 as a case to estimate the amount of residual mud generated,and the spatial flow direction of residual mud treatment was analyzed by using GIS.The results showed that about 1.021×10^(7)m^(3)of residual mud were generated on Shenzhen Metro Line 14.The whole process of“generation-disposal”mainly involved four stages including generation,on-site management,transportation,and disposal.Landfill and reclamation was the most important disposal method.On this basis,some suggestions on the disposal and management of residual mud in subway engineering were put forward.
