离子交联硅丙乳液涂料的固化性能研究

摘要 以往使用丙烯酸类涂料、聚丙烯酸酯乳液与有机硅树脂共混涂料成膜效果不佳,导致涂料性能较差,针对该问题,提出了离子交联硅丙乳液的固化涂料性能研究。选择以甲基丙烯酸甲酯为主的合适材料,采用离子交联聚合工艺,合成离子交联硅丙乳液。调节pH值到7~8,通过交联反应、离子交换反应和交联固化反应形成稳定的硅丙乳液。选取适量的硅丙乳液,在铝箔上进行薄膜的红外分析,分析结果显示该乳液没有双键单体存在,不会出现有机硅的水解。通过研究pH值对乳液合成影响和涂膜交联度可知,在滴加硅单体前调节pH值乳液聚合稳定性较好;涂膜交联度越大,耐水性、耐溶剂性、耐污性越优异。研究结果表明,涂料固化漆膜光滑平整,膜厚为33.5μm,附着力为4B,抗弯曲程度和耐水性较强。 In the past,acrylic coatings,polyacrylate emulsions and silicone resin blended coatings had poor film-forming effects,resulting in poor coating performance.In response to this problem,a study on the cured performance of ion-crosslinked siliconeacrylic emulsion was proposed.Select suitable materials mainly based on methyl methacrylate,and adopt ion cross-linking polymerization process to synthesize ion-cross-linked silicone-acrylic emulsion.Adjust the pH value to 7~8,and form a stable silicone-acrylic emulsion through cross-linking reaction,ion exchange reaction and cross-linking curing reaction.An appropriate amount of silicone-acrylic emulsion was selected,and infrared analysis of the film was performed on the aluminum foil.The analysis results showed that the emulsion had no double bond monomers,and no hydrolysis of organic silicon occurred.By studying the effect of pH value on emulsion synthesis and the degree of crosslinking of the coating film,it can be known that the stability of the emulsion polymerization is better by adjusting the pH value before adding silicon monomer;the greater the degree of crosslinking of the coating film,the better the performance of the water resistance,solvent resistance and stain resistance.The research results show that the cured coating film is smooth and flat,the film thickness is 33.5μm,the adhesion is 4B,the degree of bending resistance and the water resistance are strong.
