大型建筑中电线电缆绝缘老化前抗张强度检测 被引量:2

摘要 电线电缆绝缘老化前抗张强度的检测结果会直接影响到建筑用电安全性,而当前普遍使用的万能试验机检测方法易受外界环境影响,导致检测结果出现误差,因此在万能试验机检测结果的基础上研究一种大型建筑中电线电缆绝缘老化前抗张强度检测方法。构建电线电缆抗张强度检测的数学模型,分析影响检测结果精度的主要因素为:电线电缆绝缘老化断裂时的应力、电线电缆绝缘老化前外径平均值、电线电缆绝缘老化前绝缘厚度平均值。计算各因素对检测结果的影响程度并合成结果,获取最终抗张强度检测结果。实例分析结果显示,该方法对KYJVP27型号电线电缆检测检测结果为14.11±0.48 N/mm^(2),对比该型号电线电缆实际精准值14.11±0.50 N/mm^(2),可知该方法能够准确得到抗张强度检测结果。 The test results of tensile strength of wire and cable before insulation aging will directly affect the safety of building electricity,while the commonly used universal testing machine test method is easily affected by external environment,which leads to errors in the test results.Therefore,based on the test results of universal testing machine,a test method of tensile strength of wire and cable insulation before aging in large buildings was studied.The mathematical model of wire and cable tensile strength testing is constructed,and the main factors affecting the accuracy of testing results are analyzed as follows:stress of wire and cable insulation aging and fracture,average outer diameter of wire and cable insulation before aging,and average insulation thickness before aging.Calculate the influence degree of each factor on the test result and synthesize the result to obtain the final tensile strength test result.Example analysis results show that the detection result of KYJVP27 wire and cable by this method is 14.11±0.48 N/mm^(2).Compared with the actual accurate value of 14.11±0.50 N/mm^(2),it can be seen that this method can accurately obtain the tensile strength detection result.
