摘要
通过在胶接过程中引入超声振动的方法,采用正交试验法研究了胶接工艺参数对艺术装饰复合材料胶接强度影响。结果表明,对艺术装饰复合材料胶接强度影响从大至小顺序为:振动时间>振幅>振动压力>振动位置,最佳胶接工艺参数为A3B5C3D5,即振动时间21s、振动压力0.35MPa、振动位置35mm和振幅57μm时取得胶接强度最大值。经过正交优化后,艺术装饰复合材料的优化组胶接强度相较基础组提高了41.59%,优化组平均胶接强度约为10.52 MPa。
The influence of bonding process parameters on bonding strength of art decoration composite materials was studied by orthogonal test.The results showed that,the order of the influence on the bonding strength of composite materials is:vibration time>amplitude>vibration pressure>vibration position.The optimum bonding process parameters are A3B5C3D5,that is,the maximum bonding strength is obtained when the vibration time is 21s,the vibration pressure is 0.35MPa,the vibration position is 35mm and the amplitude is 57μm.After orthogonal optimization,the bonding strength of the optimized group is 41.59%higher than that of the basic group,and the average bonding strength of the optimized group is about 10.52 MPa.
