摘要 以等离子喷涂技术,基于体育器械用AZ91合金表面进行了Al+Al_(2)O_(3)复合涂层制备,并进行了耐磨性能试验。结果表明,AZ91合金基材表层比较粗糙,存在明显犁沟与剥落的凹坑,且存在白色磨损屑;而不同配比Al+Al_(2)O_(3)复合涂层表层都相对整洁平滑,尽管局部位置存在磨损痕迹,但是并未发现明显裂痕或剥落的凹坑;AZ91合金基材均磨损体积相对于Al+Al_(2)O_(3)复合涂层均磨损体积明显较大,而磨损失重明显更多,说明Al+Al_(2)O_(3)复合涂层的耐磨性更优;不同氧化时间下Al+Al_(2)O_(3)复合涂层磨损率均出现了一定程度下降,可见其耐磨性实现了有效提高,而氧化时间为6min时涂层耐磨性能最佳。 In this paper,Al+Al_(2)O_(3)composite coating was prepared based on the surface of AZ91 alloy used for sports equipment by plasma spraying technology,and the wear resistance test was carried out.The results show that the surface of AZ91 alloy substrate is rough,with obvious furring and peeling pits,and white wear chips.However,the surface of Al+Al_(2)O_(3)composite coatings with different ratios are relatively clean and smooth.Although there are wear marks in local locations,no obvious cracks or peeling pits are found.Compared with Al+Al_(2)O_(3)composite coating,the average wear volume of AZ91 alloy substrate is significantly larger,and the wear weight loss is significantly greater,indicating that the Al+Al_(2)O_(3)composite coating has better wear resistance.The wear rate of Al+Al_(2)O_(3)composite coating decreases to a certain extent under different oxidation time,indicating that the wear resistance of Al+Al_(2)O_(3)composite coating is effectively improved,and the wear resistance of the coating is the best when the oxidation time is 6min.
