耐久性超疏水材料评价方法研究进展

Research Progress of the Evaluation Methods for Durable Superhydrophobic Materials

近年来,超疏水材料特殊的润湿性使其在油水分离、防结冰、抗腐蚀、自清洁、微流体运输等领域具有广泛的应用,但是其耐久性是制约其实际应用的主要因素。目前超疏水材料耐久性的评价和测试方法尚无统一标准。该文主要综述了超疏水材料耐久性的评价方法及其研究进展,指出不同评价方法存在的优缺点,最后对耐久性超疏水材料及其评价方法作出了展望。

Recent years,superhydrophobic materials with special wettability have widespread applications in the areas of water/oil separation,anti-icing,corrosion resistance,self cleaning,micro fluid transportation.However,the poor durability of superhydrophobic material is the main factor that restricting its further applications.As so far,there is no uniform standard of the evaluation and test methods for the durable superhydrophobic materials.This paper mainly summarizes the evaluation and test methods for the durable superhydrophobic materials and its research progress,and points out the advantages and disadvantages of the evaluation methods.Finally,the development of the evaluation methods for durable superhydrophobic materials were discussed.
