摘要 直流输电技术不断发展背景下,亟需通过优化电缆绝缘材料来进一步提高直流电缆输电成效。为深入研究环保型直流电缆绝缘材料开发与应用,该文对常见几种聚烯烃绝缘材料研究进展与改进方法进行阐述,其中包括共混改性、纳米改性以及接枝改性,并通过传统交流聚烯烃材料与环保型聚烯烃材料对比分析得出:热塑性聚烯烃应用前景更加可观,能够简化加工过程,改善直流电缆工作温度。环保型直流电缆绝缘材料的优化改性过程中,应关注高温环境下材料性能。同时,对环保型电缆材料老化问题进行研究。 Under the background of the continuous development of DC transmission technology,it is urgent to further improve the effectiveness of DC cable transmission by optimising cable insulation materials.In order to further study the development and application of environmentally friendly DC cable insulation materials,this paper elaborates on the research progress and improvement methods of several common polyolefin insulation materials,including blending,nano-modification and grafting modification,and by a comparative analysis of traditional AC polyolefin materials with environmentally friendly polyolefin materials,it is concluded that the application prospect of thermal-plastic polyolefin is more considerable,which can simplify the processing process and improve the working temperature of DC cables.In the process of optimising and modifying environmentally friendly DC cable insulation materials,attention should be paid to the performance of materials in high temperature environment.At the same time,the ageing of environmentally friendly cable materials is studied.
