摘要 针对复合材料的高温红外光谱发射率难以精准测量物体表面温度的问题,提出直接利用光谱测温仪测量样品表面的光谱辐射能信息,利用多光谱温度测量方法用于合适光谱带获取样品的体表温度,然后计算该材料的光谱发射频率。分析发射率模型的阶数和测量带的选择对多光谱测量温度的准确性影响,并提出一种可靠的温度计算方式,对其中不确定材料完成简要评估。 Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to accurately measure the surface temperature of objects with the high-temperature infrared spectral emissivity of composite materials,a spectral radiation energy information on the surface of the sample is directly measured by a spectral thermometer,and a multispectral temperature measurement method is used to obtain the surface temperature of the sample in a suitable spectral band,and then the spectral emission frequency of the material is calculated.Analyse the influence of the order of the emissivity model and the selection of the measurement band on the accuracy of multispectral measurement temperature,and put forward a reliable temperature calculation method,in which the uncertain materials are briefly evaluated.
