考虑轮载冲刷的水泥混凝土路面模型尺寸确定 被引量:2

Sizedetermination of cement concrete pavement structure model with mobile load erosion

摘要 为了掌握水泥混凝土路面接缝处基层的冲刷过程和破坏情况以及确定在MMLS3加速加载作用下冲刷试验结构试件的合理尺寸。依据圣维南原理建立双板水泥混凝土路面的有限元足尺模型,依据相似理论以板底最大拉应力为指标确定局部缩尺模型尺寸,对足尺模型和局部缩尺模型开展了相关分析和相似性分析。结果表明:所建立的局部缩尺模型可有效地模拟在行车荷载下实际路面的受力情况,两模型具有较高的相似性,从而确定局部缩尺模型的合理尺寸,其中缩尺模型平面尺寸为0.15 m×0.10 m,面层厚度为0.02 m,基层厚度为0.06 m,面层接缝宽度为3.30 mm。提出的结构模型的尺寸确定方法及研究思路可为相关加速加载试验设计提供参考。 To grasp the erosion process and damage of the base at the joints of the cement concrete pavement and determine the reasonable size of the structural specimen in the mobile load erosion test by MMLS3,the full-scale finite element structure model of the double-plate cement concrete pavement is established according to the Saint-Venant principle.Based on similarity theory,the paper uses the maximum tensile stress at the bottom of the pavement as an indicator to determine the size of the local-scale model.Correlation and similarity between the full-scale and the local-scale structure model are analyzed.The results show that the local-scale model can effectively present the forces condition on the actual road surface in the mobile load condition,so the reasonable size of the local-scale model is determined.The model plane size is 0.15 m×0.10 m,the pavement thickness is 0.02 m,the base thickness is 0.06 m,and the joint size of the pavement is 3.30 mm.The method and research ideas for size determination of the structural model can provide a reference for the design of relevant accelerated loading tests.
