摘要
介绍了轨道式连续铸铁机在生产高碳锰铁中的应用,对比了采用纯喷雾冷却及喷雾冷却与空气冷却相结合的冷却脱模方式。轨道式铸铁机(7514 ZTJ)加装75 kW风机对浇注铁水进行风冷后,可以减少2/3左右冷却水用量。最后介绍了国外研究人员提出的采用全封闭循环水冷的先进干冷连铸技术,为连续铸铁过程冷却脱模技术的发展提供了参考。
The paper introduces the application of track continuous casting machine in the production of high carbon ferromanganese,and compares the cooling stripping of pure spray cooling with the combination of spray cooling and air cooling.The track continuous casting machine(7514 ZTJ)can reduce the amount of cooling water by about 2/3 after equipping with 75 kW fan.Finally,the advanced dry cooling continuous casting technology with fully closed circulating water cooling proposed by foreign researchers is introduced.It provides a reference for the development of process cooling stripping technology of continuous casting process.
