摘要
张大春的《城邦暴力团》蕴藏多重诗学资源:其以小说家言融接笔记与评书的叙事传统,挑战着现代小说的既有范式与审美惯性;在知识氛围中对小说与历史、真实与虚构进行辩证和质询,且同艾柯、高阳的小说构成对话关系;文本中对父辈、眷村及历史创伤记忆的书写亦接续着眷村小说的流脉;其叙事践行与二十世纪末台湾后现代主义文学思潮既有绾合又有裂隙处。《城邦暴力团》由此熔铸生成了多音驳杂的小说构型,极大地引动和释放了现代小说的文体潜能。
The Violent City Gang, by Chang Ta-Ch’un, contains multiple poetic resources. By combining a novelist’s comments in a narrative tradition of pen-notes and book comments, it presents a challenge to the existing paradigm and aesthetic habits of modern fiction. In the atmosphere of knowledge, the novel debates with and questions history, authenticity and fictionalization, forming also a dialogue relationship with the fiction of Eco and Kao Yang. In the text, the writing about the father’s generation, the military dependents’ village and history’s traumatic memory continues with the flow of the Dependents’ Village Fiction although there are connections and rifts between its narrative practice and the postmodern literary trends in Taiwan at the end of the twentieth century. As a result, The Violent City Gang, through this amalgamation, has given birth to a fictional structure of cacophany, greatly initiating and releasing the genre potential of modern fiction.
