摘要
航天器的火工品是用来解锁重要设备的工具,解锁失效意味着任务失败。火工起爆属于不可测项目,目前将火工通路阻值测试作为控制手段,保证火工品起爆成功,这种控制手段的有效性取决于测试是否可以覆盖起爆的全部通路。针对目前常见的火工阻值测试方法,通过火工起爆电路分析研究其测试覆盖性是否完整,并通过建模仿真分析在故障模式下测试是否可甄别出故障。研究结果表明,目前常用的单阻加综阻的测试方法能满足测试覆盖性要求,并可准确判别出故障的发生。
The initiating explosive device on spacecraft is used to unlock important equipment, the failure of unlocking means failure of the mission. The detonation of initiating explosive device is untestable. At present, resistance test is a control measure to guarantee the initiation, the effective of control measure depends on the test coverage for initiating explosive device resistance. Based on the common resistance testing method, the test coverage is studied through analysis method of the pyrotechnical detonation circuit. Through modeling and simulation, whether the test can identify faults is analyzed. The results show that the test method of single resistance and composite resistance meets the requirement of test coverage and can identify the occurrence of faults accurately.
