固相萃取-高效液相色谱法检测蔬菜水果中复硝酚钠3种组分残留量 被引量:2

Determination of Three Residual Components of Sodium Nitrophenolate in Vegetables and Fruits by Solid Phase Extraction-High Performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要 建立了一种固相萃取-高效液相色谱同时测定蔬菜水果中植物生长调节剂复硝酚钠3种残留组分(5-硝基邻甲氧基苯酚钠、邻硝基苯酚钠和对硝基苯酚钠)的分析方法。样品经乙腈-水(8:2)超声提取,阴离子固相萃取柱(MAX)净化富集,再经C30液相色谱柱分离,用高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器(345 nm)检测。该方法中3种组分的检出限为0.04 mg/kg,线性范围为0.1~5 mg/L,线性系数均大于0.999;实际样品中3种目标物在0.04、0.1、0.5 mg/kg 3个添加水平的平均回收率在75.8%~95.6%,相对标准偏差为1.5%~8.9%。该方法快速简便、灵敏度较高、精密度较好,可用于蔬菜水果样品中复硝酚钠残留量的检测。 A new solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography(SPE-HPLC)method was developed for simultaneous determination of three residual components of sodium nitrophenolate(5-nitroguaiacol sodium,2-nitrophenol sodium and 4-nitrophenol sodium)in vegetables and fruits.The samples were first subject to ultrasonic extraction with the acetonitrile-water(8:2)mixture as solvent.Then the products were purified and enriched by anion solid-phase extraction(MAX),followed by the separation and detection by HPLC equipped with a C30 liquid chromatography column and diode array detector(345 nm).The limit of detection(LOD)for the three components was 0.04 mg/kg.The linear range was 0.1~5 mg/L and the linear correlation coefficients were>0.999.The average recovery efficiency in real samples was ranging from 75.8%to 95.6%,and the relative standard deviation was from 1.5%to 8.9%.Given the superior detection performance including rapid response,high sensitivity and high precision,this method is promising for the determination of sodium nitrophenolate in vegetables and fruits.
