青海天然气发电与新能源融合发展探讨 被引量:13

摘要 在“碳达峰”“碳中和”战略目标背景下,青海省因其拥有太阳能和水能等清洁能源优势,清洁能源开发节奏将逐步加快。然而新能源的大规模开发外送面临着系统调节能力不足、缺少稳定电源支撑和电力保障困难等严峻形势。为了促进青海新能源更大规模开发,建设清洁能源示范省,打造清洁能源产业高地,基于青海清洁能源开发现状和趋势,通过多维度综合比较,从4个方面分析了青海建设天然气发电的比较优势,同时基于技术经济对比分析,分别从替代省内煤电和打捆外送两个角度探讨了青海天然气发电和新能源融合发展模式和建设规模设想,并提出发展建议。 Under the background of the strategic objectives of“carbon peak”and“carbon neutrality”,the pace of clean energy development will be accelerated gradually in Qinghai province because of its advantages in solar energy and hydroenergy.However,the large-scale development and outward transmission of new energy is faced with severe situations such as insufficient system regulation capacity,lack of stable power supply support and difficulties in power guarantee.In order to promote the large-scale development of new energy in Qinghai,build a clean energy demonstration province and create a clean energy industry highland,this paper analyzes the comparative advantages of natural gas power generation in Qinghai from four aspects based on the current situation and trends of clean energy development in Qinghai through multi-dimensional comprehensive comparision.Meanwhile,based on technical and economic comparative analysis,the fusion development model of natural gas power generation and new energy and its construction scale assumption are discussed respectively from the perspective of replacement of coal power in the province as well as bunding transmission outward.Finally,the development suggestions are proposed.
