Practice of improving the speed of bus operation in Shenzhen

针对深圳市公交专用道规模已接近道路容量极限,公交运营提速进入瓶颈期的问题,通过全方位分析道路路段、交叉口、公交停靠站点等公交运营关键环节,从增加供应、提升效率、外部保障三个层面着手,系统性提出公交提速策略及措施,充分保障有限道路资源及管理手段向高效交通方式倾斜,助力公交运营提速及公交都市建设。

Since Shenzhen's bus lane scale approaches the limit of road capacity and the speed-up of bus operation encounters bottlenecks,this paper comprehensively analyzes the critical factors of bus operations,such as road sections,intersections,and bus stops.From three perspectives,including increasing supply,improving efficiency,and external guarantees,we systematically proposed strategies and measures for the speed-up of bus operation,aiming to fully ensure the limited road resources and management methods toward to efficient transportation modes and assist the bus speed-up operation and the construction of public transportation cities.
