新时代反对历史虚无主义话语的“破”与“立”——基于“四个伟大”战略布局的梳理与诠释

The“Breaking”and“Reconstructing”of the Anti-historical Nihilism Discourse in the New Era——Combing and interpretation based on the strategic layout of“Four Greats”

十九届五中全会将文化强国战略纳入了国家规划,这表明文化实力和文化竞争力已经成为新时代全面开启社会主义现代化国家建设新征程的核心战略资源。打造文化强国的关键之处就是要在彻底解构历史虚无主义话语虚妄文化观点的同时,将新时代中国特色社会主义文化价值理念在对内文化发展、对外文化开放两大领域中充分大众化。质言之,新时代反对历史虚无主义话语是一个破与立同步的复杂过程。为此,围绕习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,创新构建新时代反对历史虚无主义话语,应有“破”更有“立”:批判唯心的形而上学历史观,形塑人们科学的马克思主义历史认知方式;表征出社会主义道德引领和价值规范,生成人的正确存在状态与价值坚守;抵抗西方话语霸权,陶育出独立自主的民族精神。由此生成的文化自信作为深沉而持久的力量,全面贯彻在“四个伟大”治国理政的战略布局中,既提升了国家治理能力,又增进了国际治理魅力。

The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China have incorporated the cultural power strategy into the national plan,which shows that cultural strength and cultural competitiveness have become the core strategic resources for starting a new journey of building a modern socialist country in the new era.The key to building a cultural power is to thoroughly deconstruct historical nihilistic discourse and false cultural viewpoints.At the same time,the socialist cultural value concept with Chinese characteristics in the new era should be be fully popularized in internal cultural development and external cultural spreading.In short,the construction of anti-historical nihilism discourses in the new era is a complicated process,containing“breaking and reconstrucuting”.For this reason,centered on Xi Jinping’s thoughts on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,innovating and constructing discourses against historical nihilism should be not only“break”,but also“reconstruct”.We should criticize the idealistic metaphysical view of history,and shape the scientific Marxist historical cognition mode.We should adhere to the socialist moral guidance and value norms,and resist the hegemony of western discourse and nurture an independent national spirit.The cultural confidence resulting from the above,as a deep and lasting force,should be fully implemented in the strategic layout of the“Four Greats”,which would not only promote China’s capacity for governance,but also enhance China’s charm of international governance.
