第五套人民币(纸币)在磁共振检查中的影响分析

The influence analysis of the fifth edition of RMB(banknote)in magnetic resonance examination

【目的】研究第五套人民币(100元纸币)对MRI检查的影响。【方法】每张第五套人民币(100元纸币)展平,将圆柱形水膜开口朝前压在纸币上,放置于头颈联合线圈中间。分别采用直接贴身(即水膜直接压在人民币上)和间接贴身(即在水膜和人民币之间增加一张棉质毛巾)进行扫描。每种检查方式又分新币组和旧币组。新币和旧币各3张,共6张,共扫描12次。【结果】第五套人民币(100元纸币)在3.0T MRI检查图像中存在明显伪影;DWI、ADC序列以及SWI序列的4幅图像伪影较常规序列T2WI、T1WI、FLAIR序列上伪影更明显;直接贴身组T2WI、FLAIR序列图像伪影较间接贴身组T2WI、FLAIR序列图像伪影更明显,直接贴身组T1WI序列伪影较间接贴身组T1WI伪影无明显差异,直接贴身组DWI、ADC、SWI序列伪影较间接贴身组DWI、ADC序列以及SWI序列的4幅图像伪影无差异;直接贴身组第五套人民币(100元纸币)新旧程度在检查中T1WI、T2WI、FLAIR、DWI、ADC序列以及SWI序列的4幅图像伪影无差异,间接贴身组第五套人民币(100元纸币)新旧程度在检查中T1WI、T2WI及FLAIR序列图像上伪影无明显差异,在DWI、ADC序列以及SWI序列的4幅图像中伪影无差异。【结论】在磁共振检查中,为获得更加清晰的图像,第五套人民币(100元纸币)应当去除,更有利于对疾病的诊断。

【Objective】To study the effect of the fifth edition RMB(100 yuan)on MRI examination.【Methods】The cylindrical water model opening was pressed forward on each flattened RMB(100 RMB)and placed in the middle of the head and neck coil.MRI was carried out with direct close fitting(i.e.water film pressed directly on RMB)and indirect close fitting(i.e.adding a cotton towel between water model and RMB)respectively.Each scanning is divided into new currency and old currency groups.Three of each note,12 in total,with 12 scans.【Results】The fifth version of RMB(100 yuan)had obvious artifact in 3.0T MRI.The four image artifacts of DWI,ADC and SWI sequences were more obvious than those of conventional sequences T2WI,T1WI and FLAIR sequences.The artifacts of T2WI and FLAIR sequences in directly close-fitting group were more obvious than those in the indirect close-fitting group(P=0.004).The sequence artifacts of T1WI in the direct adjacent group showed no significant difference compared with those in the indirect adjacent group(P=0.363).The artifacts of DWI,ADC and SWI sequences of the direct adjacent group showed no difference compared with those of DWI,ADC and SWI sequences of the indirect adjacent group.The new and old 100 yuan RMB of the fifth version in the direct close group showed no difference compared with those of T1WI、T2WI、FLAIR、DWI、ADC the sequence and the 4 image artifacts of the SWI sequence in the inspection.the degree of new and old of The fifth version of RMB(100 yuan)in the indirect close group has no obvious difference in T1WI、T2WI and FLAIR sequence image during the inspection,there is no difference in artifacts in DWI、ADC the sequence and the 4 image artifacts of the SWI sequence in the inspection.【Conclusion】The fifth edition of RMB(100 yuan)should be removed in order to obtain clearer images in MRI examination,which is more beneficial to the diagnosis of diseases.
