摘要 全国各高职院校已逐渐进入零零后时代,零零后学生成为高职高专院校学生群体的主力军。零零后学生的思维方式更加多元化,对学校管理提出了更高要求。文章从零零后高职院校学生特点入手,阐述零零后高职院校学生制度化管理、人性化管理协调发展的必要性,并对零零后高职院校学生制度化管理和人性化管理协调发展的对策进行探讨。 Higher vocational colleges across the country have gradually entered the post-zero era,and post-zero students have become the main force of students in higher vocational colleges.The way of thinking of post-zero students is more diversified,which puts forward higher requirements for school management.Starting with the characteristics of post-zero vocational college students,this paper expounds the necessity of the coordinated development of post-zero vocational college students'institutionalized management and humanized management,and discusses the countermeasures for the coordinated development of post-zero vocational college students'institutionalized management and humanized management.
