培养高职大学生的职场礼仪修养,有助于提升高职大学生的就业能力、职业素养和综合素养,实现培养高素质技能人才的目的。文章探讨培养高职大学生职场礼仪修养的重要性,分析高职院校职场礼仪教学现状与存在的问题,提出高职大学生职场礼仪实践教学的有效措施,以达到为社会培养高素质技术技能人才的目的。

Cultivating the professional etiquette cultivation of higher vocational college students will help to improve the employability,professional quality and comprehensive quality of higher vocational college students,and realize the purpose of cultivating high-quality skilled talents.This paper discusses the importance of cultivating higher vocational college students'workplace etiquette cultivation,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of workplace etiquette teaching in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward effective measures for workplace etiquette practice teaching of higher vocational college students,so as to achieve the goal of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents for the society.
