摘要
教育激励机制是一种非常有效的管理机制,适用于初中班级管理工作。教育激励机制能够充分调动学生的主观能动性,能在一定程度上激发学生的进步动机,促使学生主动学习,积极参与班级管理,进而提高学生的综合素养。教师在班级管理过程中,可以通过目标激励、言行激励、关怀激励和期望激励等教育激励方法,提高班级管理工作质量。
Educational incentive mechanism is a very effective management mechanism,which is suitable for class management in junior middle school.Educational incentive mechanism can fully mobilize students'subjective initiative,stimulate students'progress motivation to a certain extent,promote students to study actively,actively participate in class management,and then improve students'comprehensive quality.In the process of class management,teachers can improve the quality of class management through educational incentive methods such as goal incentive,words and deeds incentive,care incentive and expectation incentive.
