自我意识的建构影响着青少年的健康成长,既关系到其人格塑造,又关系到其自我发展。将戏剧理论和剧场小组活动有机结合起来,有助于青少年自我意识的建构,能使青少年的自我认知得到正向发展,使青少年的自我体验能力和自我调节能力得到显著提升。文章主要对戏剧理论在青少年自我意识建构剧场小组中的运用策略进行研究。

The construction of self-consciousness affects the healthy growth of teenagers,which is not only related to their personality shaping,but also related to their self-development.The organic combination of drama theory and theater group activities is conducive to the construction of teenagers'self-consciousness,the positive development of teenagers'self-cognition,and the significant improvement of teenagers'self-experience ability and self-regulation ability.This paper mainly studies the application strategy of drama theory in teenagers'self-consciousness construction theater group.
