门诊急诊临床生化检验中肝素锂抗凝血技术的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究门诊急诊临床生化检验中肝素锂抗凝血技术的应用价值。方法100例进行生化检验患者,随机分为对照组及研究组,各50例。对照组患者采用常规生化检验,研究组患者采用肝素锂抗凝血技术进行生化检验。对比两组患者血钠(Na)、钾(K)、锂(Li)、钙(Ca)、氯(Cl)、镁(Mg)、尿素(BU)、葡萄糖(GLU)、肌酐(Cr)、总胆红素(TBIL)、磷(P)、尿酸(UA)水平。结果两组Ca、Cl、Mg、BU、GLU、Cr、TBIL、P、UA水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组Na(122.5±3.1)mmol/L、K(4.0±0.6)mmol/L低于对照组的(146.3±2.6)、(5.8±0.4)mmol/L,Li(1.2±0.2)IU/ml高于对照组的(0.7±0.4)IU/ml,差异均具有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论在血液检验中使用肝素后会引起细胞膜通透性以及血液样本密度值出现变化,血液中部分元素的成分出现改变,尤其是肝素钠及肝素锂能引起Na、K水平在血液中产生较大改变,导致其数值表达降低,最终检验结果并无较高的说服性。但由于肝素锂的抗凝效果比较强,使用该技术进行生化检验时可有效克服常规检验过程中血液由于放置时间较长导致发生沉淀现象,便于对血液进行生化检验,有效缩短检验时间。 Objective To study the practical value of heparin lithium anticoagulant technology in clinical biochemical test in outpatient and emergency department.Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing biochemical test were randomly divided into control group and research group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional biochemical test,and the observation group was treated with heparin lithium anticoagulant technology for biochemical test.The levels of blood sodium(Na),potassium(K),lithium(Li),calcium(Ca),chlorine(Cl),magnesium(Mg),urea(BU),glucose(GLU),creatinine(Cr),total bilirubin(TBIL),phosphorus(P)and uric acid(UA)were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in levels of Ca,Cl,Mg,BU,GLU,Cr,TBIL,P and UA between the two groups(P>0.05).The Na(122.5±3.1)mmol/L and K(4.0±0.6)mmol/L in the research group were lower than(146.3±2.6)and(5.8±0.4)mmol/L in the control group,and Li(1.2±0.2)IU/ml(0.7±0.4)IU/ml was higher than(0.7±0.4)IU/ml in the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of heparin in blood tests will cause the changes in permeability of cell membrane,the density of blood samples and the composition of some elements in the blood,especially heparin sodium and heparin lithium will change the concentration of potassium ion and sodium ion in the serum greatly,resulting in the decrease of their numerical expression.However,due to the relatively strong anticoagulant effect of lithium heparin,the use of this technology for biochemical testing can effectively overcome the precipitation phenomenon of plasma due to long storage time in the process of routine test,which is convenient for biochemical test of blood and effectively shorten the test time.
