摘要
目的探究益生菌在根除幽门螺杆菌(Hp)治疗中的临床疗效。方法选取96例感染Hp患者,采用抽签的方式分为对照组与观察组,各48例。对照组实施铋剂四联疗法,观察组在对照组基础上实施双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗。对比两组Hp根除率、治疗前后肠道菌群指标及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组平均^(14)C-尿素呼气试验(^(14)C-VBT)检测值低于对照组,观察组Hp根除率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组大肠埃希菌、肠球菌分别为(9.03±1.11)、(7.41±0.16)log10 CFU/g低于对照组的(10.89±1.27)、(8.97±0.53)log10 CFU/g,双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌分别为(7.98±0.51)、(8.90±0.22)log10 CFU/g高于对照组的(6.29±0.14)、(7.39±0.84)log10 CFU/g,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组不良反应发生率为6.25%低于对照组的22.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对该疾病患者实施此治疗方式具有良好临床疗效,可有效提高Hp根除率,并改善其肠道菌群,降低不良反应发生率,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of probiotics in the eradication of Helicobacter pylori(Hp).Methods A total of 96 patients with Hp infection and divide them into control group and observation group by lottery method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with bismuth-based quadruple therapy,and the observation group was treated with Bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets(live).The Hp eradication rate,intestinal flora indicators before and after treatment,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the average ^(14)C-urea breath test(^(14)C-UBT)detection value of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the Hp eradication rate was higher than that of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the numbers of Escherichia coli and Enterococcus in the observation group were(9.03±1.11)and(7.41±0.16)log10 CFU/g respectively,which were lower than(10.89±1.27)and(8.97±0.53)log10 CFU/g in the control group,and the numbers of bifidobacteria and lactobacillus were(7.98±0.51)and(8.90±0.22)log10 CFU/g,which were higher than(6.29±0.14)and(7.39±0.84)log10 CFU/g of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.25%,which was lower than 22.92%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of this treatment for patients with this disease has good clinical efficacy,and it can effectively improve the eradication rate of Hp,improve their intestinal flora,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion.
