内镜下用药治疗消化性溃疡并发上消化道出血的临床疗效及安全性观察

Clinical efficacy and safety of endoscopic-guided drug delivery in the treatment of peptic ulcer complicated with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage

目的分析消化性溃疡并发上消化道出血使用内镜下用药治疗的临床效果与安全性。方法 84例消化性溃疡并发上消化道出血患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,每组42例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,实验组采用内镜下用药治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后血红蛋白(HGB)、红细胞比容(HCT)。结果实验组患者治疗总有效率为92.86%,高于对照组的76.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组患者HGB、HCT分别为(88.96±8.11)g/L、(35.41±3.81)%,高于对照组的(81.62±8.51)g/L、(31.28±3.76)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对消化性溃疡并发上消化道出血患者开展内镜下用药治疗,能够有效提升治疗效果,安全性较高。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect and safety of endoscopic-guided drug delivery in the treatment of peptic ulcer complicated with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods A total of 84 cases of peptic ulcer complicated with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were divided into control group and experimental group according to random numerical table, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine drug delivery, and the experimental group was treated with endoscopic-guided drug delivery. The clinical efficacy, occurrence of adverse reactions, hemoglobin (HGB) and hematocrit (HCT) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 92.86%, which was higher than 76.19% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the HGB and HCT of the experimental group were (88.96±8.11) g/L and (35.41±3.81)%, which were all higher than (81.62±8.51) g/L and (31.28±3.76)% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Endoscopic-guided drug delivery can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of patients with peptic ulcer and upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage with high safety.
