喹硫平联合碳酸锂治疗双相障碍抑郁发作的临床效果观察

Observation on the clinical effect of quetiapine combined with lithium carbonate in the treatment of bipolar depression

目的探究予以双相障碍抑郁发作患者喹硫平联合碳酸锂治疗的效果。方法60例双相障碍抑郁发作患者,随机分为实验组与参照组,各30例。实验组给予喹硫平联合碳酸锂治疗,参照组单纯给予碳酸锂治疗。比较两组抑郁评分、持续操作测试评分、言语记忆测试评分、并发症发生情况。结果治疗后,实验组抑郁评分为(56.36±0.46)分,低于参照组的(62.78±1.35)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组持续操作测试评分为(3.69±0.62)分,高于参照组的(2.68±0.65)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后,两组言语记忆测试评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对双相障碍抑郁发作患者行喹硫平联合碳酸锂治疗可缓解抑郁,提高患者持续操作测试评分,可在临床上推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of quetiapine combined with lithium carbonate in the treatment of bipolar depression.Methods A total of 60 patients with bipolar depression were randomly divided into experimental group and reference group,with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with quetiapine and lithium carbonate,and the reference group was treated with lithium carbonate.The depression score,continuous operation test score,verbal memory test score and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the depression score(56.36±0.46)points of the experimental group was lower than(62.78±1.35)points of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the continuous operation test score of the experimental group was(3.69±0.62)points,which was higher than(2.68±0.65)points of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the speech memory test scores between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Combination of quetiapine and lithium carbonate for patients with bipolar depression can relieve depression and improve their continuous operation test scores.The treatment method can be promoted and applied clinically.
