妇炎康治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of Fuyankang on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的对妇炎康治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效进行观察。方法 78例慢性盆腔炎患者,根据治疗方法不同分为对比组和研究组,每组39例。对比组患者接受常规治疗,研究组在对比组基础上加用妇炎康软胶囊进行口服治疗。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况以及白带异常、腹痛、包块消失时间。结果研究组治疗总有效率92.31%高于对比组的71.79%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.571,P=0.018<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率7.69%低于对比组的25.64%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.523,P=0.033<0.05)。研究组白带异常消失时间(5.02±0.78)d、腹痛消失时间(2.31±0.56)d、包块消失时间(6.24±1.52)d均短于对比组的(7.86±1.54)、(4.87±1.21)、(8.79±2.21)d,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性盆腔炎患者进行药物治疗时,加用妇炎康软胶囊,临床应用效果极佳,减少严重不良反应发生,可有效缩短患者康复疗程,值得在临床运用及大力推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Fuyankang on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 78 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were divided into control group and research group according to different treatment methods,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the research group was treated with Fuyankang soft capsule on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions,and disappearance time of abnormal leucorrhea,abdominal pain and mass were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the research group was 92.31%,which was higher than 71.79%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.571,P=0.018<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was 7.69%,which was lower than the 25.64%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.523,P=0.033<0.05).The disappearance time of abnormal leucorrhea,abdominal pain and mass of the research group were(5.02±0.78),(2.31±0.56)and(6.24±1.52)d,which were shorter than(7.86±1.54),(4.87±1.21)and(8.79±2.21)d of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fuyankang soft capsule has significant clinical effect on patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, and it can reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions and effectively shorten the course of rehabilitation, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
