心脏康复护理对急性心肌梗死患者心理状态与并发症的影响

Influence of cardiac rehabilitation nursing on psychological state and complications of patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的分析心脏康复护理对急性心肌梗死患者心理状态与并发症的影响。方法86例急性心肌梗死,随机分为参照组和研究组,各43例。参照组实施常规护理,研究组开展心脏康复护理。经干预1个月后,比较两组患者心理状态、心功能、并发症和死亡发生情况。结果经干预1个月后,研究组患者汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分(8.72±2.03)分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分(9.47±2.11)分、心率(72.36±6.11)次/min均低于参照组的(12.59±3.14)分、(14.85±3.62)分、(80.63±5.84)次/min,左室射血分数(LVEF)(56.47±4.63)%高于参照组的(44.29±5.01)%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心脏康复护理用于急性心肌梗死的优势显著,对于心理状态的缓解与并发症的预防具有促进作用。

Objective To analyze the influence of cardiac rehabilitation nursing on psychological state and complications of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 86 patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into a reference group and a research group,with 43 cases in each group.The reference group received conventional nursing,and the research group received cardiac rehabilitation nursing.After 1 month of intervention,the psychological state,cardiac function,occurrence of complications and death of the two groups were compared.Results After 1 month of intervention,the Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score(8.72±2.03)points,Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score(9.47±2.11)points and heart rate(72.36±6.11)beats/min of the research group were all lower than(12.59±3.14)points,(14.85±3.62)points and(80.63±5.84)beats/min of the reference group,and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)(56.47±4.63)%was higher than(44.29±5.01)%of the reference group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the research group was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cardiac rehabilitation nursing has significant advantages in acute myocardial infarction,which can promote the alleviation of psychological state and prevention of complications.
