摘要
基于“预制件-热拉伸”法,以聚苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯(SEBS)和铜掺杂改性液态金属为原料,制备了改性液态金属超弹纤维压力传感器,并对其结构性能进行了表征。结果表明:改性液态金属超弹纤维压力传感器其纤维截面保持了预制件所设计的结构,包含一个改性液态金属通道和方形SEBS外壳,且该纤维外壳结构完整,无气泡、缺陷;其纤维具有优异的弹性和力学性能,拉伸应变超过650%,断裂强力约5 MPa;该传感器在0~300 cN的压力范围内,对0.4 Hz的压力刺激具有极佳的灵敏度和稳定的信号输出,且在经历20个循环后,传感器对压力依旧保持敏感,电阻变化率维持在160%左右;改性液态金属超弹纤维压力传感器在压力150~300 cN时,压力与电阻的关系呈线性关系。
A modified liquid metal superelastic fiber pressure sensor was prepared by using polystyrene-ethylene-butene-styrene(SEBS)and copper doped liquid metal as raw materials based on the prefabricated part-hot drawing method.The structure and performance of the pressure sensor were characterized.The results showed that the fiber section of the modified liquid metal superelastic fiber pressure sensor maintained the designed structure of the prefabricated part,including a modified liquid metal channel and a square SEBS shell with a complete shell structure with no bubbles and defects;the fiber had excellent elastic and mechanical properties,with a tensile strain over 650%and breaking strength of about 5 MPa;the sensor had excellent sensitivity and stable signal output to 0.4 Hz pressure stimulation in the pressure range of 0-300 cN;the sensor was still sensitive to pressure,and the resistance change rate was maintained at about 160%after 20 cycles;and the pressure and resistance of the modified liquid metal superelastic fiber pressure sensor showed a linear relationship at the pressure range of 150-300 cN.
