摘要
以某实验动物屏障设施为研究对象,实测采用不同类型送风口的室内风速和温度,并采用CFD数值模拟技术,从速度场、温度场、氨气浓度场以及空气龄的分布情况,重点对比研究了旋流扩散孔板风口和小孔板扩散风口在实验动物屏障设施中的适用性。结果表明,旋流扩散孔板风口和小孔板扩散风口均适用于实验动物屏障设施,而从严格控制局部气流速度来看,旋流扩散孔板风口甚至比小孔板扩散风口更适宜在实验动物屏障设施中使用。
This paper examines a laboratory animal barrier environment,and measures the indoor wind speed and temperature with different types of air supply outlets.Through computational fluid dynamics(CFD)numerical simulation technology,the applicability of the swirl diffuser and the orifice outlet in the laboratory animal barrier environment is studied by comparing airflow distribution,temperature field,ammonia concentration field and air age distribution.The results show that both the swirling diffuser and the orifice outlet are suitable for laboratory animal barrier environment.From the point of strictly controlling the local air velocity,the swirling diffuser is even more suitable for laboratory animal barrier environment than the orifice outlet.
